Chemical Carts
Overview
FAST offers a wide variety of standard and custom chemical transport cart designs. Cart configurations are available for transporting fresh chemicals in bottles or reservoirs, and for collection and transportation of used chemicals from process tools. The carts are available with on-board pumping, safety interlocks, and in a wide variety of materials including plastic, FM-4910, and Stainless Steel.
